At its heart, Llamama & Me is about YOU—the caregivers, parents, and grown-ups who give so much every day to our little Jitterbugs. This is a safe space designed for release, replenishment, and support through weekly meditation classes, monthly creative events, and ongoing meaningful connection with others who understand the journey of caregiving.
The “& Me”? That’s the joyful bonus—special weekly classes where little ones can join in the fun, adding laughter, discovery, and imagination to your community life.

Join us for a restorative evening of soothing soundscapes with Sound Healer Melanie Peterman. This special event is designed for caregivers to release stress, replenish energy, and reconnect with themselves in community. Cushions and blankets are provided—bring a yoga mat if you’d like extra comfort.

A little bit playgroup, a little bit workshop, a lot of heart. Each Village Visit includes intentional time to connect with other parents and open-ended activities for the littles. Whether you need encouragement, fresh ideas, or just a cup of tea with people who get it, Village Visits are the soft place to land you’ve been looking for. Themes range from story time, crafts, open sensory play, instrument petting zoos, coffee chats, and more!

Our classes and gatherings are designed for children ages 18m-4, with grown-ups actively participating and engaging alongside them.

Absolutely! With each membership experience, you have a number of spots to use for classes each month. If a child is between the ages of 18m-4, they would use one of your ‘spots’. If you are bringing a sibling that is younger than 18m, they are welcome to just tag along!

All classes and gatherings take place at the Jitterbug Performing Arts studio in Smyrna located at 1306 Concord Road. We may offer the occasional outdoor and off-site village event, which will be noted specifically in the calendar.

Not at all! Community memberships are billed monthly and can be paused or called with a 30 day notice, after the initial 3 months.
Classes and drop-ins are also available without the community.

Community members have a specific number of ‘spots’ available to them each month based on their tier (sprout, grow, bloom) to use as they please! RSVP for classes each week based on your schedule flow, or commit to a specific day and time, but if you miss and notify us before-hand you won’t need to use one of your spots.

Yes! We offer one-time drop-ins for new families! It’s a great way to see if the vibe fits your family!
