  • Founder & Executive Director

Lindsay is the founder of Jitterbug Performing Arts, a studio that has grown alongside the many children and families it was created to serve, including her own. A professional actor and graduate of Kennesaw State University with a degree in Theatre & Performance Studies, Lindsay spent years performing and teaching across Atlanta. Along the way, she noticed something powerful: the tiniest performers — the ones still hiding behind mom— were often overlooked. But that’s where she saw the most magic happen. Watching a timid child light up with confidence or proudly take center stage sparked a realization: this work isn’t just about theatre — it’s about transformation.

That spark turned into a dream, and in 2011, Jitterbug began as a tiny mobile studio with a big mission — to build confidence, self-worth, and creativity in kids of all ages. What started small grew into something bigger than Lindsay ever imagined, eventually serving thousands of families and children from birth to 18 through connection-based performing arts programs.

In 2018, she expanded her mission beyond the studio, coaching other visionary business owners in building value-aligned organizations with strong systems and soulful leadership. Now a Holistic Executive Coach and speaker, she empowers changemakers around the world to lead with clarity, connection, and courage.

Lindsay lived in Smyrna for over 14 years with her husband and two kids before embarking on a global adventure in 2020 — showing her children the world and living out the very values she teaches. Though you may not see her around the studio every day, she’s still cheering wildly from afar and is deeply honored to partner with Gabi and support the Jitterbug Crew from wherever she may be.

  • Studio Director | Managing Partner

Miss Gabi believes that it’s never too early to build confidence through creativity and the arts. She encourages her students to make bold choices and believe in themselves, while uplifting others as well. Miss Gabi uses the performing and creative arts as a tool to help her students discover confidence, and even learn life skills such as effective communication and expressing emotions in a healthy way.

Miss Gabi has been nurturing young minds and building confidence in the Smyrna area since the summer of 2019! However, her experience in performing arts education goes many years back and three states away to Little Rock, Arkansas! She began her teaching experience at Jacksonville Lighthouse Charter School in Arkansas where she grew the theater department from idea to reality. After directing their productions and teaching theatre & stage craft for several years, she began a new journey at Jitterbug.

Since joining the Jitterbug Crew, she has helped her students discover confidence in the arts through classes, productions, camps, and private music and art lessons. She is excited to manage the new studio and continue developing Jitterbug Performing Arts into a community centered haven for our students, families, and teachers.
