At Jitterbug, our main goal is to provide a memorable party experience, rooted in connection, and for you to not stress one bit.
Every party is different at the studio because every child is unique!
All party packs include a 90-minute extravaganza (unless indicated otherwise) for 12 children, with the option to add additional time and guests.

How will my party work?
We have a standard party flow we follow for an optimal entertainment experience. However, we have also flipped flopped, added or removed certain items based on the age or theme of the party. Please talk to your party coordinator about any time or activity changes. This is a basic rundown of the classic 90 minute party.
Example party starting at 1:00pm:
12:45-1:00: Parents & Birthday Star arrive! We will help with anything you need…
Unloading food/cake
Setting up small personal items, etc.
1:00-1:15: Greeting guests…
Face-paint and/or craft
Games in the Grasslands Room
1:15-2:00: Activity that you and your child have selected
2:00-2:20: Happy Birthday time…
Food & Cake!

Once your Jitterbug party has finished, our staff will help you pack up anything you brought, presents, and send you on your way to finish a great day while we clean up!
You can arrive 15 minutes before your party begins. We are party experts, and everything will be set up before your arrival! If you have any finishing touches you want to add, your party helpers are more than happy to help you unload and set up before guests begin to arrive. Unless previously arranged, please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to the start of your party.
We make it our goal for the birthday parents to be completely stress free!
In order to have all preparations completed on our end and before you arrive we ask that the birthday family arrive no sooner than 15 minutes before the party. We know 15 minutes may not seem like a long time, but when all you have to do is pop in with finishing touches, we promise you will be amazed at how quick and easy it is.
If you feel you need more setup time or extra time to unload, additional set-up time is available at $25/half hour.
when do we arrive for the party?
Final Head Count
The final headcount confirmed the week prior to the party will be the amount invoiced. If additional children attend the party, a fee will be added per extra child to the final invoice. Invoicing adjustments cannot be made in the event that fewer children attend on the day of, due to supplies and prep made based on the confirmed headcount. Any active/mobile child will be counted in the final headcount.
Theme
We can work with just about anything your Jitterbug wants to do! You don't have to know the theme when you book, but we do need to know at least two weeks in advance. We will contact you the week of your party to finalize any small, last minute details.
Payments
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your party date. Your remaining balance and any add-on items will be due the day of the party. The deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to a different day if you need to switch your date up to four weeks before your party.
